Excellent support from Nick at e genius shop. He helped with some changes and did this quickly and easily. 10/10
Great onboarding and account management. We have a special "personalized" bundle setup where we need to add/remove products from subscriptions and Recharge's team has been very supportive and they still are.
We have a direct Slack connection to their API support team and their account managers are very responsive and supported us in migrating from our previous subscription provider.
If you're looking for committed B2B support to help you get set up and run your subscription business, Recharge is a great way to go in my experience.
I use this app to manage my subscriptions. Every time i've needed assistance someone was there to help. Today I had a check-out issue that I needed help with and Denis was extremely helpful in assisting me in fixing the problem. Very, very happy, not only with the company but the staff as well!

Chris from the support team was extremely quick and knowledgable when it came to a bulk change I needed in a time sensitive amount of time. He was very thorough and explained in an easy way what he needed from me in order to complete the task on his end. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to a task that seemed daunting beforehand.

Such an easy app to use, and the support is awesome! AJ was soooo helpful and fast.
