After meticulously reviewing my subscription program he worked with his team to make sure my program would work exactly as I needed it to. He was very patient with all of my requests and made sure every question I had was answered. We've been very happy with the stability of the subscription engine and particularly the support we've gotten from them. Lately when having to open a UK storefront due to Brexit we had the most amazing support even during the last two days before Christmas and long after office hours. So far it's been great and the support I received (especially from Vuk) has been great. I wasn't sure we'd be able to import old prepaid orders but we have, which has been a huge, huge help. Really impressed so far.
