I'm happy we selected the Recharge app to use for our subscriptions. Although some things with the customer interface seemed a bit clunky at first, they are aware of those things and are continually making updates to improve the customer UX and corporate interface as well. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the continual improvements and ease of use. The support articles and resources are very helpful too.
Waited a little while but the response came within 12 hrs. Probably due to different time zones. I must say, Recharge has one of the most helpful support teams. Julmar responded and assisted promptly with patience and displayed expert knowledge on the platform. What felt daunting in the beginning diminished quickly. Thank you Julmar and I'm quite happy with the level of integration and modularity this app has to offer. One customer has already feedbacked positively...a great experience is certainly beneficial to any business.
We have increased our overall sales due to the ability to offer subscriptions. This is an excellent app. There was a point where we had an issue but Katrina helped us fix the issue within an hour of the ticket being submitted! I highly recommend this app for those of you who want to offer Subscribe & Save services.
This app has been fantastic for our subscription program. I've also been impressed with their customer support either by chat or email. I recently had a rather big issue and the support rep, Norm, was great. He provided me step-by-step instructions and I was able to get the problem resolved.
If you want to provide a subscription in your shop, this is the best app for subscriptions on Shopify. And good customer service, too!

Really easy to use. On struggling a little on setup I contacted support via email and they input the code for me within 10 minutes. Fantastic fast service.
too pricey. not user friendly. and can’t be managed from shopify mobile app, nor mobile browser. what kind of app doesn’t work on mobile in 2021? it’s ridiculous
We had a few problems with this app and only used it for subscriptions. It kept missing subscriptions, and then the customer thought they had cancelled, and then recharged them the following month so the customer did not know where they were coming or going!
Due to the advertised price hike of the standard price going up to $99 PER MONTH we can no longer afford to use the subscription service. We were paying between $15 and $25 per month depending on subscription numbers.
As subscription box margins are tight, we can no longer afford this service and will be looking elsewhere.
