The team at Recharge have been excellent to work with during the transition process from our old subscription app. The features that recharge include, allow our customers to easily access their account portal and customize their subscriptions as they see fit. I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!

This app was easy to install, the team was amazing in helping to get our migration right, and the subscriptions implemented. Clear, concise directions. Damien even made me a video to walk me through what I needed to do step by step!

ReCharge is the best subscription app around, and everyone knows it. The thing that really sets them apart though is their support. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to utilize subscriptions for their store.
