Been making a lot of big changes to our eCommerce efforts, naturally, some things fall apart. However, Renata was a huge help she was able to address my issue immediately. Our migration to Recharge was straightforward and uneventful. Vinse was masterful in the prep meetings and helped us to understand the key points through the migration checklist shared. Pros:

- Responsive customer support (thanks Thomas)
- Easy to migrate off Recharge, which you will need to do when you realise you have made the wrong choice

Cons:

- Expensive
- Poor documentation
- Clunky, slow and ugly UI for front end and backend users

Use something else, there are apps out there that are as good but don't cost the world.

Recharge has been incredible. Matt from support probably is the BEST support person I have EVER dealt with. He was patience, informative and a real problem solver. He was responsive and took ownership for the issue I was having even when they were not directly related to Recharge. Matt is incredible and a real asset to the team. Denise M.
