Recharge Subscriptions

We have used this app for a while and have no complaints. Customer service is fast, helpful and friendly.

Gordon has been such an amazing help for us. Any time I reach out for assistance, he responds quickly and ensures my question or concern is addressed. Incredible service!

I submitted a request to make a bulk edit to our order list, it was returned and completed within an hour which was a much quicker return than I was expecting. Mary was really quick and efficient and when I replied to her email she came straight back.

This isn't my first time working with Recharge and it won't be my last. Recharge found the sweet spot of people + process. The team is incredible and beyond supportive. I chatted with Irving and he did his special magic to process an order that I was having trouble with in Recharge. He even explained what had happened to cause the error, so it won't happen again. Now my customer is super happy and that makes me happy! :)

As a merchant, getting help form employees of the apps I am subscribed to is very important. Breanna W. went above and beyond to give me exceptional customer service. She was timely, efficient and effective in solving my issue with Recharge. Thus, though the app works well, what is more impressive is the service I got today. Hire more people like Brianna!

Recharge is a helpful subscription tool. We have been with them for years and years and cannot imagine another subscription tool.

Love Recharge support - always helpful and fast. I cringe at the thought of reaching out to most support orgs, but not Recharge. Most recently, Bryan Nguyen took awesome care of me. Just worked with them again, great as always!
