Excellent customer support from Rudy of the Support Team - went above and beyond to help out. Timely responses and extremely professional.
While I wish I had the option to set the 1st charge date to the correct billing date automatically, I was able to reach out to CS and Brandon took care of me so quickly and accurately.
I have had a few issues with navigating our subscriptions account but every time I raise a query recharge employees have been very helpful and concise in their answers. Most recently Miguel was fantastic with his example videos and helping me solve an issue. Thank you!
The customer support team, AJ in particular, was incredibly responsive and helpful with processing bulk subscription updates for our store in a time crunch.
Recharge App is an absolute solution if you need to adopt a recurring service for your customers. I'm pretty sure that Recharge App enables to offer stable and consistent service for both vendors and customers each. Don't hesitate to buy Recharge app. Of course, Recharge App needs to be improved more, but currently it helps enough for recurring service.
The app works exactly as promised and their support is amazing. Our developer recently contacted them and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we were able to get our project completed on time. Thanks Recharge!

Set up was easy, it was a good experience overall with support! I am not sure if it was the quick way we turned the product around but our support/launch call did not come till after product had already gone live. Overall though great experience.
Love the app, since i found out about them our company has been collecting more payments and a more effective client retention. Had to cancel my technical support subscription because there is never really a problem with this app! so great! 6 starts recommended if I could...
Shayaan was really helpful when I changed my sub box to add a variant. Her replies were quick and solved the issues as I worked through the changes to my service. I HIGHLY recommend the Recharge app. Functionality and support are awesome.
