We had a great experience with Jairus Streight, he was super supportive, and our onboarding process was smooth. I would highly recommend Jairus as your onboarding manager.
Pros: Setup is straightforward, seamless integration with Shopify, support team is helpful and responsive!
Cons: Reporting and some customization is limited or not that intuitive. It's also a bit expensive

Recharge Pro is a phenomenal app. We've used this integration for years and it has worked wonders for our website and managing our subscriptions. We recently need assistance in customizing some of our subscriptions for our 2024 initiatives and we had the pleasure of work with Bryan from their team who worked with us for several hours to get our entire back end set up and fully functional. Everything from the integration, the service, to the staff is 5-star!! Highly recommend using recharge and their services for your business.

We have used a few different subscription apps and got a recommended recharge form a marketing agency when our current vendor failed to deliver.
At the start, we were looking at 10k of dollars in implementing recharge but thanks to the support of John M from the Customer Service team, we successfully implemented the app by ourselves self saving loads of money! They went the extra mile to help us with customizations on our theme to make recharge even more efficient.
