I just started to use this App and had some issues with integration, their support team was great, very quick, and helpful. They identified the problem and I was able to solve it very quickly and easily. Special thanks to Eduardo Mallmann who helped me with my issue :)
There are some things I'd likely change a bit (finding past invoices is not as straightforward as one would like), but in general I find ReCharge support to be helpful. We appreciate our subscribers, and this makes holding onto them easier.
We've used this app for two weeks now and it's been able to accommodate the transfer from two different platforms one of which was a similar platform and the other completely different. Customer service will help walk you through everything and quickly! I was surprised at how fast any problems we ran into were resolved either with instruction on how to fix it or with their team fixing it for us when things became a little more technical. The only downside is the fact that the app isn't compatible with any volume discount apps, but they do offer some alternatives.
Rating is for service as I have only just joined Recharge. I was struggling with something and after I emailed them, they sorted the issue on their side so I didn't even have to do anything. I am not tech savvy. Great service thank you
The Recharge team did an outstanding job helping me migrate from my old subscription platform to this one. Customers are better able to manage their own subscriptions which means fewer emails for me! The ability for customers to add one-time items has also helped increase sales!
Just want to share that ReCharge's customer service is on point every time I needed help. My most recent experience was with Jessie M. and it was superb. ;)

Great app, works like a charm. Does exactly what we needed it to do, plus the customer support team has been really, really helpful in onboarding us, answering any of our questions, and working through issues.
The team is very helpful - they respond very quickly and are eager to help! We struggled a bit to integrate the app with the customized elements of our site but it is now working fine.
We've run into some bumps with customer payment and billing issues and while the issues were frustrating, we really appreciate how quick and responsive the Recharge support was. Nigel was very helpful!
