Eduardo Mallmann from the customer support team was an absolute life saver! He fixed a bug that 2 teams of web developers could not! I offered to buy him a case of beer and he said he'd prefer a 5 star review for Recharge! They're an amazing team!
We've just started using the app, but so far we've gotten a ton of support from the Recharge team to get set up. They were so helpful during migration and answered all of our questions so well. Excited to implement all the features it offers!
Good ap, great customers service. Few teething issues but customers service usually fixes swiftly...
*Edit -Ranson helped us get this working so I edited my review. We cant even get a response for their support staff to get us up and running. Very Unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Top tier app for managing simple and complex subscriptions. Our team was able to integrate Recharge very quickly and it handles a number of complex edge cases. Their support responds within 12 hours as well!

Not recommended. This app lacks a lot of standard features. It's expensive and difficult to use.
Really helpful support from the team - and some nice online documentation and FAQs where I could find answers myself.
I had a glitch and contacted customer service, which put me in touch with one of Recharge's engineers, Breanna. She connected me with an expert who was able to write a bit of code to solve my problem quickly and inexpensively. The whole experience was satisfying because the general standard that we merchants have come to expect from customer service is honestly quite low. These guys stood behind their product and helped me solve a problem, which means more sales for my store and more revenue for them. Yay!
We have used a few different subscription apps and got a recommended recharge form a marketing agency when our current vendor failed to deliver.
At the start, we were looking at 10k of dollars in implementing recharge but thanks to the support of John M from the Customer Service team, we successfully implemented the app by ourselves self saving loads of money! They went the extra mile to help us with customizations on our theme to make recharge even more efficient.
- These guys don't mess around with top-notch US-based support, that's a rarity these days.

Rebill model is simple and migration from one payment processor to the next takes long but it is not painful thanks to their engineering team - way better than other gateways!
