We had a bug affecting our ability to create refunds in recharge. Breanna assisted with the customer and provided all the steps to identify and fix the bug. She was quick, knowledgable, friendly, helpful & appreciated!
While trying to setup bulk changes I talked to Kevin G. He was extremely responsive and proactive. When I was confused he responded with very helpful information that actually helped. It was one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had. Thanks Kevin G!
