Nikola from their support team has done an amazing job helping out with all questions, and the broader support team has been great as well. Recharge works seamlessly as a product and has every integration needed.

Recharge has been rolling out so many new features and their support is always top notch! Not only is their team helpful and quick to respond, they're just such nice people. :)

Great app, allows for us to set the subscription time frames. Plus they have an excellent support team - Robert Davis really helped out a lot.

We've been using Recharge for over 4 years now. It's been a great tool to facilitate recurring customer charges and simplifying our operations. Recently, I had an issue with reconfiguring some items on Recharge App and couldn't figure it out. I submitted a help desk ticket with Customer Support and Dalia was super helpful and friendly in resolving my issue. I like that if I can't figure something out, I have customer support available to guide me through the process.
