Excellent product with great customer service. It is easy to integrate with Shopify and other apps. I would prefer to have a phone number for customer support but Recharge tends to do well with responding to emails.
I've been using ReCharge for a while now and have always had great service. Recently we had a billing issue, and within a couple hours on a saturday it was rectified and I was moving forward. Other than that I've never had any issues!
The customer service here is awesome! I was having some technical difficulties, and Tigist immediately answered all of my questions with a detailed reply, and even included photos of exactly where I should click to fix the issue. Thanks again for your help, Tigist!

Nice app which helps to manage subscriptions. There are tons of features for advanced users/developers. Great customer support.

Nick from the e-shop Genius was great! We were able to get 5 hours of dev time free of charge just for being Recharge customers. He was incredibly responsive and solved the issue I was having with my Recharge widget right away- like within a few days. Great dev work!
This app makes life easier taking care the subscription in general. My only complaint is that when we have to adjust products prices, we have to run a synchronization, but it doesn't affect the current subscriptions, having to manually update them to the new price. Also, would be a good idea to have an option to send a notification about price increase, when it happens.
I was having troubles with the Recharge app, I am not a developer so I was not sure how to fix my problem. I reached out to the Recharge customer service, and I seriously had the BEST experience I've ever had with any customer service rep. Matt is amazing, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. He always responded very timely and made sure I was well prepared to discuss what I needed to do with our developers in order to get what we need, since it was our website that needed adjusting, not the recharge app. Thank you Matt A for your amazing customer service!
