Matt was brilliant in offering support on an urgent issue that we've encountered for the first time and couldn't wrap our heads around! A good learning experience that sometimes you should leave the expert work to the (ReCharge) experts. We've had a great customer experience so far and I always recommend ReCharge whenever I'm asked about our subscription management side of the business.

The app is a complete way to create ongoing monthly recurring revenue for me and my business partner. If any issue pops up, they are prompt in their help and very thorough.
We've been using the app for a long time, but I can easily say the customer service is A1. Less than 24 hours (8 to 12 hours) to be answered and you feel they really want to help and make it simple for you.
First of all, I would like to point out that the customer service is awesome. Every person I interacted with so far, has been very helpful and followed up until the issue was solved.
Secondly the app is great. It does almost everything I need it to. There are just a few little things that are missing like changing the currency on the same domain just like it is possible on Shopify or it would be amazing if I could use additional payment methods like European debit cards on the checkout. Also another feature that would be amazing is to have attach products to boxes in the back office in order to easily integrate it with my fulfillment center.
Sheana was incredibly helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to my email. Very happy with the customer support.
