We have been using ReCharge for a few months now, switching from another subscription app. The main difference with ReCharge has been customer service, they reply to your queries fast and help in every way possible. Eventhough is not the perfect solution it works really well.
Always the best support! Juan C. and everyone I have talked to at recharge provide the best support hands down. From API help to simple things like workflow and discount codes the support team has every answer. Highly recommended after using some of the other top subscription platforms!
We love Recharge for running our bakery subscription platform. We've reached out to the support team a number of times and have always received timely, helpful, and courteous replies.
There are a few Apps on the market that provide subscription options for customers that you can plug into your website. Recharge is the only one I have found that allows my customer to decide when they want their subscription to renew rather than them being forced into a date that does not work for them , which provides great customer retention for me and service to my customers.
We use Recharge for our e-commerce website. It is pretty smooth, and customers usually figure out how to make changes to their membership on their own. It is very good for subscriptions on your store.
Clay helped me with an issue I had because some code was keeping my add to cart button from showing. He was really pleasant, fast and fixed my problem. I would give him 5 stars if I could.
This app has a ton of functionality and their support is stellar. Strongly recommend.

I use this app to bill subscriptions monthly and semi-annually and annually. So far-so-good. Terrell has helped me multiple times and Recharge remains an important part of our Shopify store.
I use ReCharge to manage our subscription products and have really enjoyed it! It's very robust and can do quite a bit which is great since so many subscription companies have different needs. Dalia with the support team is awesome! She's always super friendly and really works to give the best support possible.
Despite the app not being a perfect fit for our flows (it doesn't play nicely with all ERPs), Bryan took the time to walk me through some scenarios and provided me with the in-depth technical information needed for us to make our next steps. Really excellent support!
