ReCharge has some real positives, however it does have some drawbacks. It is not particularly user friendly in the first instance. After working with ReCharge for a while it is now excellent, but it takes a moment to work out the most effective way to use it.
The service was pretty quick and efficient. Thank you to Nevena and Milena for assisting me so kindly and willingly.
5 stars for your powerful flows and automations, along with with the top-notch customer support for it. With your assistance, we've built and run two powerful flows: buy now pay later and a SKU swap automation. Both are a game-changer for businesses like ours that run fixed sequence commemorative coin subscription programs.

Recharge has a great support team. When we had an outage on our site, I submitted a support request late in the evening, and they had already fixed it before I even woke up!
EDIT: After posting this review, CS contacted me within a few hours and quickly resolved my issue. I have updated it to 4 stars, and will come back and update again after we are up and running. -- I've never left a bad review for an app before, and I understand that many app developers are also small businesses experiencing growing pains. But I've been trying to get this installed for over a week and multiple customer service tickets are ignored. I'm trying to make what should be quite a simple adjustment - offering a subscription box instead of Subscribe and Save, so thus not having a drop down menu. The app is glitching, and there is no support available. This is delaying the launch of a subscription product we have planned for a long time.
I thought adding a subscription service to our store would be difficult, but a friend recommended ReCharge and it was incredibly easy to set up. An online subscription model was installed and published on the site in less than 5 minutes, and I'm not even good at computers! The backend is simple, too, and I love that I don't have to keep up with the maintenance of subscriptions anymore.
Love Recharge! The customer service is great and it's made offering subscription products on our site so easy.
