Amazing app for managing subscriptions! Best support team on Shopify app store, they helped me with every request I had!
Very fast support from them on my first request. Haven't used the app much yet but so far so good. Happy with it.
Easy as - amazing customer support too! Takes no time to set up and integrates perfectly with shopify!
After my unsuccessful effort to try ReCharge someone from their support department reached out and asked specifically what my subscription needs might be. After meticulously reviewing my subscription program he worked with his team to make sure my program would work exactly as I needed it to. He was very patient with all of my requests and made sure every question I had was answered. If you run a small (tiny) business and are looking to add a subscription component to your offerings, I HIGHLY recommend you give ReCharge a chance. If you have any issues, they will be more than accommodating and happy to help!
Nick from e-shop genius was incredible in tweaking the subscription widget when we moved over to Recharge, really efficient and it looks 100x better.

Better than I expected, including customer service. The app provides a lot of possibilities for how to reduce the churn rate and have happy customers.
Bryan was absolutely amazing as a customer service agent! I had a trouble setting up a workflow for a client and it was so hard to figure out where I had gone wrong. Bryan went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue(s) we were having and get it working immediately for our customers.
Unfortunately can't recommend this app if you already have an active subscription business. The migration is full of mistakes and no one is making sure to inform you what needs to be done when for a smooth transition. When the migration is done they just drop everything and won't even check up on charge errors from the migration. We had to discover all of these errors ourself and they are not helpfull to fix it when asked. We have lost A LOT of customers because of this migration. People are being charged wrong - either too many times or not at all when supposed to. This is your complete nightmare as a subscription business doing a migration.
We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult start to your time with Recharge. We have taken this review to our Migration Team and will be working to remedy our processes in the future based on your experience.

Its a handy and sophisticated app, but it is not perfect as the products are not easy to synch, otherwise its been working well and the support especially from Jessie is excellent.
There were a lot of underlying issues that were not clarify up-front. We had to contact support back and forth for help (some even took 3-4 days to respond which affected our store performance).
