We have worked with Nick from the e-shop Genius time and time again, and every single time he gave us excellent support, answered and delivered so quickly, and really thinks along with our requests. Overall, we really recommend and want to give a huge shoutout to Nick!

-Updated. I needed further support after migrating with old auto-renew products. Juan jumped into chat, and response was friendly, fast, and accurate! Received excellent guidance as well as documentation on how to fix things. Great work!

I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!

They reached out to upsell me on an additional service (Rewards), and said that they would help me set it up before launching. I agreed, but didn't realize the contract I signed said I would start paying right away. I found out 8 months later that I'd been paying $200/month for something I'd never used. My fault for not reading the contract and just believing the sales pitch. When I reached out to explain, they told me I should feel lucky that I don't have to pay more because I'm on a legacy plan.
