Support was helpful as there was some issue with my shipping charges, and support quickly fixed it from the backend.

Great app that’s easy to set up and manage. Any issues you come across they have a great support team to get it sorted for you quickly.

It was a bit of a bumpy start, but it app works so well, and really adds value and convenience for our customers - and saves a ton of time for our customer service team so they're not constantly fixing glitches. I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help.
