I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help. I was frustrated and did not know how to change a setting and he did it for me and fixed my problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience.

My customers haven’t been able to subscribe since the update and recharge price went up but I’m not seeing the benefit , also I did the upgrade multiple times and the day the switch happened I was notified I had not successfully done the switch. Not impressed

Recharge app meets our requirements in terms of the subscription model. We had a smooth implementation with the Recharge team, and all our technical concerns were addressed with the help of Vinse Ridenour, our dedicated Implementation Engineer, and Braxen McConnell, our Account Executive.
Recharge is highly recommended as one of the Ecom tech stacks, especially since it’s fully integrated with other third-party Shopify apps like Gorgias and Klaviyo.
