We launched our first subscription-based product using recharge, and their team has helped us successfully navigate the bumps that came with that learning curve and provided attentive solutions with the various things we've run into. SHOUTOUT to D'Tanga for taking care of us :) I manage our support team and the integration offered with our helpdesk (Gorgias), has been a great benefit to our customer support team in offering easy and fast resolutions for our customers, and overall increasing our customer experience.

Support is very helpful! They helped me do some testing when our customers were having trouble managing their subscriptions and provided good recommendations.

We have used this app for 2 years and have not had any issues. It has allowed us to take subscribers for our products and is really easy to use.

I discovered an issue in our recharge system and could not figure out the solution. I contacted recharge via their live chat and received an incredible fast and effective help from Juan C. We rely on ReCharge to process all of our subscription orders, and so far are very happy with the experience. Customer service, in particular, is responsive and very helpful -- a customer service rep named Chris with whom I've recently been tackling an issue is a particular stand out!
