The app is very easy to install. The customers interface is comfortable to work with, but not always intuitive. Customer support is great. Vary fast, very efficient and very friendly. Thank you.
Affordable, easy to use, professional look. The customer service and technical support teams responded very quickly after submitting a couple of tickets and were very helpful in assisting with the issue I was having.
Recharge seems to be the standard subscription app for Shopify. It does its job, but from the customer's point of view, it's not intuitive. We receive a lot of customer support requests asking for help changing ship date, flavor, etc. However, they are continually updating and it is improving. The customer support has been very good, but it does not always integrate as seamlessly as I would expect.
Great app. Can be difficult to use at the time, but they have a great customer service and support team.
Good app - rather efficient for businesses wanting to set up subscriptions. Great possibilities of customization also.
We converted to Shopify 2.0 and worked with your team, specifically Matt A., to make sure everything transitioned smoothly. We had to reset our system but everything worked out great!
ReCharge has made it easy for us to offer subscription shipping to our customers. The only features I'd like to see in upcoming releases are: - Full multi-currency support (in the works)
- WYSIWYG editor to updating email notification templates
- A more intuitive way to offer free shipping for subscribers only
Easy to use App to set up subscriptions. I had a minor issue regarding my theme and their support was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this to any shop owner!
Pros:
- Responsive customer support (thanks Thomas)
- Easy to migrate off Recharge, which you will need to do when you realise you have made the wrong choice
Cons:
- Expensive
- Poor documentation
- Clunky, slow and ugly UI for front end and backend users
Use something else, there are apps out there that are as good but don't cost the world.

Was on this app for almost 3 years. Now they say they are switching and charging everyone $99.00 a month. This created a lot of work for me now, Not happy about this.
