Amazing support! The team is always there to help and is also the oldest subscription app in the market which makes it more reliable than others!

Their team helped me with a number of complications when we migrated, even though we were working outside regular business hours.

Customer service is quick, but having access to live chat is an additional $99 a month. Service is great though.

We have been using Recharge Apps for over 3 years and it does everything we need it to do and more. Support has been incredible since day 1. Upgraded our theme this month and the transition has been smooth. Noticed an issue this week and Recharge provided us with 5 hours of free development to fix it, Nick from e-shop genius fixed it incredibly quickly and now everything is running again.
