Often when I reach out to ReCharge they will fix the problem for me. It's great! This allows me to get back to the customer so much quicker- Thanks Amber!
We have been using Recharge Apps for over 3 years and it does everything we need it to do and more. Support has been incredible since day 1. Upgraded our theme this month and the transition has been smooth. Noticed an issue this week and Recharge provided us with 5 hours of free development to fix it, Nick from e-shop genius fixed it incredibly quickly and now everything is running again.
