Great and fast customer service, I had trouble with the code they were able to resolve it. so far so good.
I use this app for my subscription products. I have an issue with getting my widget on my store, I contacted Recharge and Mary responded in a very timely matter and fixed my issue. I'm very please with this company.
Great customer service, someone was able to assist me within a couple hours and solved all my issues. I'm beyond satisfied with the service and the App itself.

Such an easy app to use, and the support is awesome! AJ was soooo helpful and fast. The customer support has been great, responsive and helpful. App does pretty much everything it claims to do.
Been with them for a few years now across a couple of brands and makes navigating the tricky Amazon platform much easier. 10 x better than uploading spreadsheets. Everything seamlessly integrates with Shopify so sales are all in the same place. Customer services are really on it too. Shout out to Vuk!

The overall app experience is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I do wish there were more robust analytics functionalities but I believe the team is working on that. In terms of service, Gordon has been great in being proactive on how to get our store up and running. We are anxiously waiting for recharge sms for non Shopify Plus stores!
