The Recharge services my shopify store uses are ONLY automated services, and for years they only charged ~$40/month. In 2024 they have bumped it up almost $100 MORE a month for same AUTOMATED services. Holding their customers hostage as migrating to another program would be timely and annoyingly difficult.

This app has been flagged for fraud. I wish I would have researched more.

App itself looks great. Customer service a complete let down. Highly not recommend using this app for this reason alone. Non responsive. Month 3 being billed $499 USD (total $1497 USD) for the app to still not be working correctly on site.

We have been using the app for the last 5 years. Mostly it has been fine although the layout of the webpage is confusing if you need to make changes to customers subscriptions. Very long term user here but opening up about the experience so you guys can see the glaring problems as business owners. When the app works, it’s not too shabby and allows customization of shipments(eg. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc) which helps a lot. I have been a customer of Recharge since 2018 and since the recent changes we have lost over 30 subscription members and no new memberships can be created due to an issue with the new updates they recently did. they advised me to change my theme which i did and still nothing. this has been such a headache and waiting days for someone to respond. customer service is 0.

Terrible customer service, terrible software. They do not provide you with a phone number, and you are at the mercy of their staff to reply. Which is, on average, 10-24 hours or more. RECHARGE IDIOTS CANT FIX GLITCH RESUKTING IS THOUSANDS OF $$ LOST!!!!

COUPON CODE GLITCH! FREE OVERNIGHT? NOOOOO!!!
Ok, so this glitch is SUPER annoying. It usually takes me 5 times to explain it to support, and I don't think they ever "get it". I did explain it to top management and they couldn't believe the system would have this glitch, but not enough people complain so they don't fix it.

Absolute garbage. Where to even begin? Save yourself a LOT of headaches and don't come anywhere near this horrendous app.
Horrendous functionality, horrendous support, horrendous documentation. Absolute joke but not funny.
