The few times I've needed it their Customer service and Technical support team is always timely and helpful.
Recharge is great. Super easy to use. Whenever I've run into something I can't figure out, support is very responsive. The best subscription app for Shopify.
We have been using this app for several years on 5 websites after trying others, and none can compare. For several years we were not aware of just how powerful it could be. We worked with Kaitlin to get a better understanding and are now focusing on stronger retention strategies. I highly recommend this application. This is a company that strives to be the best and they demonstrate that with great support and knowledgeable staff.
Have been using Recharge now for over 4 years. Great App with super customer service and very speedy sorting out any tweaks. We recently updated our theme and had some minor issues with the widget. Recharge done all they could within their means and recommended eShop Genius to us for further dev work with up to 5hrs free dev. Nick from the eShop quickly got back to us and fixed our issues. 5* service thank you Nick and Recharge

Diana was good. It took a little bit for her to understand thee issue. However, that might a little on me since I knew from past experience what needed to be done and might have not provided as much context with my solution. I did appreciate though after sending her information from my past discussion with another recharge support customer that she looked back into the situation and was able to quickly find the solution. She was also very kind and kept a cheerful attitude through it all!
