Truly an awful system that we have nothing but issues with. There is always some limitation or issue to face.. nothing is straight-forward or easy. Customers can never update the subscriptions themselves and often email me stating they have tried so many times to change something and they give up. I will be changing to another system as soon as I possibly can!

Massively increased their prices! I am only a small coffee roastery. Went from paying about $2 a month based on how much I was selling to over $100 per month!

I was given some warning to be fair, but it takes a while to update your web site.

Plenty of other subscription services that don't charge the little guys anywhere near this (most are free to a point), so will be switching over ASAP!

The Recharge services my shopify store uses are ONLY automated services, and for years they only charged ~$40/month. In 2024 they have bumped it up almost $100 MORE a month for same AUTOMATED services. Holding their customers hostage as migrating to another program would be timely and annoyingly difficult.

We initially had issues with the app and our ability to view customer information within shopify. I am happy to report that ReCharge DID fix the issue and we are now able to do all of the functions through shopify as promised. Horrible customer service, and horrible product. Crashed multiple times a week, and clients were then unable to check out. Multiple day wait times to hear from back from customer service. This has happened to my website now 6 times, and they have failed to provide any help or reasoning behind it. Would not recommend this product to anymore.
