no good, they put their prices up significantly without notice and direct debited the amounts, when I realised they only refunded a fraction.

Impossible to cancel, unauthorized charges reoccur every month, any attempt to sto failed, had to escalate with Shopify, hopefully that would work

App itself looks great. Customer service a complete let down. Highly not recommend using this app for this reason alone. Non responsive. Month 3 being billed $499 USD (total $1497 USD) for the app to still not be working correctly on site.

Bad service and way overpriced! Beware. This company only cares about the $ in their pocket. EDIT: You can return funds charged with ZERO justification. Nothing justifies 400% increase. Especially when it is not specifically agreed to. You support can make it right but your company is greedy. So besides replying to this review with nonsense - you won't do anything.

Pricing is just retarded. There is zero reason for there to be a transaction fee on each subscription.

Whoever made this app randomly chose that number because it looks like it does something. the only thing it does is line his pockets.

We've used ReCharge since 2019 and am editing original review due to the fall off in quality of support and flexibility of the app itself STILL after 5+ years.

They and Shopify finally worked out having two ship rates so we don't have to use customer scripting [no longer supported by Shopify] which was appreciated after months of losing shipping revenue. Except the Recharge bulk process to move all subscribers to the Dynamic shipping rate doesn't work. They pointed us to it and when we let them know the file process wasn't working, it's now been weeks without a response or help of any kind except to remind us that we can manually move each subscriber to the dynamic ship rate ourselves. We have nearly 5K subscribers... It's a full time job trying to stay ahead of the manual changes and then, you take the steps as outlined by the ReCharge team and the app doesn't retain the settings. We're having to perform daily re-do's of hundreds of customers we had already edied to new ship rate. Awful. Costly. Typical of ReCharge Support.

We have been using the app for the last 5 years. Mostly it has been fine although the layout of the webpage is confusing if you need to make changes to customers subscriptions. However with the recent announcement of a 400% price increase on the standard plan, which seems rather excessive... greed much? we will be looking elsewhere. We are only a small business and there is not a lot of margin in the subscription boxes that we offer.
