Jairus, my support rep has been absolutely amazing and its the rest of the recharge support team as well. They are always willing to help me out, step by step and are very patient with any questions I may have. They're amazing.

Brilliant app and fantastic support from Javaughn - top in class. Would highly recommend to scaling business looking for a serious infrastructure. They didn't become market leader eating crisps while watching Netflix.
Rockstar Ronnie to the Rescue. Ronnie gets it done. Every. Single. Time. Fast? Check! Knowledgeable? Double Check! Responsive? Tripe Check! Ronnie was able to fix multiple issues over the course of my launch to get things up and running as fast as possible. I know there are a lot of requests that come in but Ronnie made me feel like I had personal concierge service!
Recharge has definitely enhanced the way I can manage my recurring customer's orders. There are a few more things I wish the platform could do, but they have a robust dev plan that provides updates and improvements, so I think they'll get there. The customer service team is super helpful and really goes the extra mile to solve problems or answer questions -- they work until all issues are resolved and even follow up to make sure all is well. Special shout-outs to Clay and Jessie who helped get me sorted out when I had some recent emergencies! A+
