So far all has be great, I'm still in early stages of using the app and currently am not live with my site but customer service has gone above and beyond, specifically Stefan Markovic, he was been a tremendous help so far in regards to the customer migration process. We switched to ReCharge from Cratejoy. There is a bit of a learning curve in how things work in the two different systems, but all in all this is a fantastic app. Best of all, the support is GREAT.
