Very disappointed with this app currently. The customer support team is impossible to get ahold of and there currently is an error with a recharge workflow we have created (that was set up correctly and verified by their support team) but it is flawed and firing orders off at the wrong date.
Our subscripton model is a big part of our DTC business and I'm so glad we decided to go with ReCharge. The support team is awesome. Really responsive and fast, and nothing is ever too much for them. I've been dealing with Snezana A to resolve a query and she was A-MAZING! If you're on the fence about using these guys, I would wholeheartedly recommend you to go for it.
Is anyone else's Recharge down? Everyone was working fine as of April 4th, now when customers proceed to checkout on a subscription it doesn't proceed to the next page. It only works on products without a subscription. If anyone else down please let us know. So weird how it just stopped working all of the sudden.... It takes an hour each time for support to respond and they don't get on the phone with you. I wish the customer service was better :(
