Arlon, from the Implementations team, was responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful at every step — answering our questions quickly and making sure we felt confident in the accuracy of our data before going live.

Some of the decision and migration actions are less than friendly and the decision force my had. But over all the system is ok. It does the work I need and the Support Team is very friendly and willing to work with me to fully resolve my issues, few they may be.
