The migration from another platform has been a nightmare so far and, while the agents themselves are nice, they don't understand the platform well enough to actually provide assistance with the glitches and migration errors. Everything needs to be escalated to a senior analyst, and we end up waiting days for an answer. Meanwhile, my customers are going to receive their first renewals with all these errors, which means I will have to deal with their anger and frustration. I regret choosing Recharge and honestly wish I had gone with another platform.

Seems most can not figure out how to log in to their accounts. I WILL say that we've recently had an issue that we have been dealing with ReCharge Customer Support, and they have been fabulous. Specifically Zachary and Hector. Prompt, efficient, and effective has been their troubleshooting. They're exemplary.
