We have been with Recharge for years and are now looking for another app to provide recurring payments. They do not provide adequate customer service and do not respond to urgent requests. They advertise that they offer video calls and will assist in the case of a total site shut down, and they do not. Our subscription products stopped working randomly on a Friday afternoon and they told us they will be back to work Monday and will help us then. In the meantime, we are unable to sell products and have a massive marketing campaign running. Our inbox is full of customers wanting to purchase and we cannot serve them because of Recharge's issue. They will not respond to emails. We are severely disappointed and frustrated and do not recommend that a business relying on recurring revenue use this app.
They have been a big help with our new 2.0 theme and activation to keep our subscriptions going with no delays.
Been using Recharge on plenty of projects and have not been dissappointed yet! Great support from Malik
