Nick from the e-shop Genius has saved my business. With the new shopify checkout policy, we were lost on what to do, our checkout no longer worked! Nick communicated with members of our team and recharge while he troubleshooted the problem. He took video recordings of steps that he needed us to do on our end. Website is now working flawlessly. I had trouble recently with getting the right reports and changing user access rights. Yajaira was super helpful in resolving these issues and also this was done very quickly. It is comforting to know that the support team are able to help when needed with minimum of fuss.
