I had to use the chat feature to install the app, as my theme was an older one. Spoke to Kenan for a good half hour, and he fixed all the glitches and issues. He explained everything he had done, which was really useful. Brilliant experience.

Product adds the extra features to do separate delivery and billing intervals with custom messages to the customer.

Support was very easy and quick.

I have spoken with the team directly because my shop is selling very specific products that requires a bit of personalizing for subscriptions and they helped me sort it out quickly and efficiently based on my specific shop's needs! Great work, definitely worth 5 stars in support alone.

I love that this app is FREE and built for Shopify! A lot of other options have paid tiers and will restrict necessary features to paid plans. Danin was a huge help during set-up as well, answering my questions in real-time. I appreciate that they have live chat support with REAL people, too. Highly recommend this app, and I will be using it again.
