This app has helped my niche business model come to life! I have a subscription based model to release new digital content each month and it was very hard for me to find budget friendly app that fit my needs. I am not technically savvy and the website development process is not my favorite. There are some things that I cannot do through my account that manually need to be tweaked with the development team. However, whenever I have a request, I meet with Bhavya and he is always extremely helpful and responsive! He listens to my requests follows up on the design changes immediately. He has helped make the website development process not as daunting. Thank you to the whole Subscription Plus Team for all you do!

Seems to do what I need it to.

Chat response was effective - helped me find an issue during set up very quickly.

Chat window was not displaying well at one point, but that's minor.

Good addition to Shopify.

So far so good. Customer service seems to be top grade but it is based out of the US which for customers in the US that might not be ideal since you are giving access to your store to foreign people. I will upgrade my review as soon as I give them a better looked and experienced their full service.

Great Customer Support. They have responded to all my questions and request very quickly! Features work great so far. We look forward to using it as we grow our business.
