Fantastic app and great support too! I am very new to subscriptions and had some great help from Cherose on their team to set it all up. Nothing was too much trouble. I also needed to learn the system and this was all explained to me. It is fantastic! Such a great way to offer our mystery boxes to our customers.

Impressed by customer service level for a free app - especially Danin. But ended up uninstalling. Tried to setup a Prepaid annual subscription, which would allow customers to make a single payment for 12 monthly deliveries. As far as I could work out, the app only lets you create a re-occurring annual Prepaid subscription. Also noticed some differences in the app's performance across devices.

I would recommend this app as it does exactly what it's design to do, sign up customers. I highly recommend this app. I am so happy with my subscribers and the app. Download it today!

I just started using this free app, and was blown away by the level of service I received.
while not everything in the app was 100% as I expected, and despite an early hick-up with a somewhat less experienced support rep, they quickly jumped in to help, solved my challenges efficiently, communication was excellent, and I'm a happy customer now.
With that kind of service, I'll be definitely checking out their paid apps to support them. Kudos!

The app is very easy for my customers to use, but what sets Subscription Plus apart is the customer service for busy business owners! I wanted to update the layout of my subscription plan and I'm not very tech savvy, Shruti scheduled a call with me to help but I lost internet due to a storm in my area. Shruti, had enough information about what I was trying to accomplish and made the updates and let me know when they were complete! I can't thank her enough!

Update: For some odd reason everything on my store went bonkers including my Subscription Plus App... I was panicked because I'm currently running and advertising a subscription promotion. Juan was able to help me immediately and solve everything for me immediately. Love the Subscription Plus app and team!
