After doing lots of research into subscription apps, I decided to install Subscription Plus for my store. So far, I am super impressed! The service from Shruti and Kunal has been outstanding – they have worked with me on calls and via email to fully customise the subscription widget to reflect my detailed requirements – fitting in with my brand design and Shopify theme. Thank you so much! I'm excited to get my store launched, and I expect this widget to be a core part of my sales growth strategy.

The assistance, as a new user to the platform, is incredible.

All the other apps try to trick you with purchasing stuff and having trials, this one has lots of guides and stuff to help you out and isn't trying to scam you lol

Shruti set up my Subscription Plus with ease! She even answered questions for next steps on our membership platform when we’re ready. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I’m hopeful that the application works as efficiently as she did!

This app has a great support team doing their best to find a solution that fits your business. They couldn´t find one for me, but I appreciate their dedication.

First off let me start by saying I like the app. Unfortunately recently I been having issues with it showing on my store. I updated the look of my store which included a new theme. App won't show up and I try doing what I know which is going to theme. Selecting app theme and making sure the apps enables that's as far as I know I try messing around no luck and I see this option within the app "Expert setup
Have our professionals do the job of setting up the app for you. There are no extra costs - we just want you to sit back and focus on your business." I reach out told them my issues and they reply back with "I'm really sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Have you added the app block to the product page?" Like if I'm reaching out is cuz I have no idea what's going on. I send them another DM earlier 5:44pm and no response whatsoever. So I started looking for alternatives for a full review and behind the scenes visit my YouTube Channel Oscarag.1 maybe you guys can see what I miss or just to follow my journey. With that in mind good luck and farewell.

So far the help with start up configuration was great and seamless. I was guided through chat and screen shot/recordings.

I will write a review later to explain my actual use of the app for team and customers.

I am Japanese and the help chat was also translated into Japanese so I was able to inquire smoothly.
They were very helpful and attentive to details!
