Super Subscriptions

I am beyond impressed with the customer service at Super Subscriptions! I had an issue that needed resolving, and Stefan was absolutely amazing. He helped me out so quickly and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find such responsive and efficient customer support these days, and I’m so glad I chose Super Subscriptions. Highly recommend!

First of all it is regettably difficult to find out what different Shopify apps offer of functionality and eventual limitations. After a long search and meticulous tests of different apps, I finally found Super Simple Subscriptions that I will highly recommend to any shopowners wanting to offer subscriptions on their site. Everything was not in place from the first time, but by now the app is very comprehensive and yet - simple. It is rare meeting a developer with this insight, understanding and willingness to perform quick changes and adjustments to the better. Stefan is a champ and a very reliable companion in the (subscription) app universe. I look forward to further cooperation :-)

Very much feels like a one-to-one conversation when dealing with Stefan, who is clearly interested in understanding the businesses he's working with so he's able to best advise how their app can help.

Update. Finished month 1 and have 5 subscriptions setup. Auto renewals have gone through without a hitch and the ability to move customers between tiers and payment dates is really easy! Love this app so far.

8.45pm on a Saturday night and Stephan is helping me set up my store. Best customer service I've ever received. Also has all the gizmos my customers need to adjust cancel postpone orders etc etc

I seriously tried almost every single sub app I could find and kept coming back to this one.
Its free (for now) and does everything I need.
Also support was amazing.

I have tested almost every subscription app out there and Super Subscriptions has an incredible amount of features. I highly recommend testing it to see if its for you and dint hesitate to ask their support for help.

Subscription apps are not easy and can be frustrating to work with. For me it really comes down to the support they offer and this app delivers on the service side with 5 stars all the way. For a smaller shop/catalog this is by far the best way to get started with subscriptions.

This app is fantastic and works perfectly. Stefan from support helped me solve the single issue I had from my custom theme and he was superb. He even gave me a couple recommendations to make my cart flow even better. 10/10 app and support!

Very good app. Stefan was very helpful with a few minor tweaks needed to get the widget where I need it. Early days yet but hopefully this will help my business moving forward :)
