Excellent app and outstanding customer support!

We are very happy with Appstle Subscriptions. The app offers a lot of customization options and works very well for our store, but what impressed us the most was the exceptional customer support.

A special thank you to Peter, who was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and understood exactly what we wanted to achieve with our subscription widget. He personally helped us with several customizations and made sure every detail looked exactly the way we wanted.

It is rare to receive this level of personal and professional support. Instead of simply sending instructions, Peter actually helped us solve the issues and stayed with us until everything was right.

Amazing app and even better customer service!

Appstle is incredibly complete while still being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Setting up subscription plans is straightforward and there are so many options to customize the experience for your business.

What impressed me the most was their customer service. I ran into a technical issue with my subscription widget and their support team immediately investigated it, identified the problem and fixed it from their end. They were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we finished.

It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality with such outstanding support. I’m extremely happy with the app and would absolutely recommend it to any Shopify business looking to offer subscriptions. 10/10 experience!

Love this app! It’s allowed my customers to have subscriptions and easily change or add etc. their customer service is amazing! Fast and super helpful. Extremely responsive! We really like this app. We switched from another subscription app because it was just too cumbersome to enter data every month. Appstle’s support has been excellent. Peter was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us work through a fairly advanced Shopify Flow and subscription setup for Nomad Home IP.

He quickly helped us identify an API-access limitation, explained the available options clearly, and then went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from our subscription widget as a complimentary courtesy, adding our shop logo to the email notifications, and helping us disable a specific customer email so our provisioning workflow stays clean and professional.

The software is great and you have so much more customizable options in ways I didn't even know I needed for my business and services. Not to mention, their IT team is fast and responsive. They do a lot of the work for you including the migration and any issues. Their pricing is great and cost effective even for a small business. 100% agree to work with them. I haven't seen a faster IT help team work with you live.
