Super clear instructions and video tutorials, I came across one issue trying to integrate the widget into my theme but I contacted the customer service chat and was through to a team member (Alden) in less than a minute which was a refreshing change from AI bots! Alden was able to manually integrate the widget and customise it for me saving me so much time :)
