Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I had an issue with our website and not being able to add our subscription to cart, I had tried many other fixes but it still wasn't working. I reached out to support and Brooks was very helpful and had me send in the link to the two products that we were having issues with. We had just updated our website to a new theme and that there was some code that was missing from the product, Brooks added that code and both products are working great! I asked if it could further be explained what was wrong so we could know for the future, Brooks did let me know issues and that I could always reach out to them in the future if need be! This support is super awesome considering we are a small business and it is great to have access to this! Amazing! Props to Brooks.

I have no complaints on the app itself so far but have been very impressed with their customer service. They are very quick to respond and assist with any issues and even helping with custom codes which has made the launch of this program much easier. Also seems like they update and add features quite regularly so I'm excited to see what they come out with next.

I am really happy with using appstle subscription plan for my customers. I was using another subscription application that had really bad customer service and the price was very high for what I was getting. Appstle it the total opposite. Their customer service is excellent, always fast to reply and help out with any questions staying with me until I am all set and making sure I have things properly figured out to move forward. They also helped me a lot when I switched over to them to get the transition of customers over to this new plan. Their app perfectly integrates with shopify making it a one stop shop for my customers who can now take care of their subscription themselves without me having to me the liaison. As an added bonus you can give any items on your site the option to have a subscription at any interval you choose. Super happy I found this app and plan on staying with them. I've been doing subscription plans since before there were applications for it and I was punching in card info individually myself per customer every month. This app is awesome. I would definitely recommend. I use the regular business plan and it is more than enough options.

The way we have our product set up is overly complicated but the customer service team was so helpful in getting my product auto switched over with ease. Brooks was also very generous in offering the bulk automation feature for free for a limited time while I needed to make these changes. They are patient and always find a solution to any problems or issues that arise!

This has been a user friendly experience for both me and my customers. I have been able to make changes quickly and my customers can make changes on their own really easily.

I like the app really much and if we have problems the support is really proactive and helps always and the best in minutes...
So i dont need to wait for days for a response, they understand my requirements, helps immediately and i never had the problem that they answered: no we cant do... as well if sth was not there in the app;) Thx a lot! You do a great job.

Merchant support for this app is really great. The app has many features to customise how subscriptions are managed. We have tight deadlines for subscription orders and it has taken some time and learning to setup; help has never been too far away though. Overall, I'm pleased with this app.

Appstle is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features, many of which we haven’t even explored yet. It’s also very affordable for everything it offers. What really sets them apart is their outstanding customer support. We had a few custom tweaks we needed, and their team responded immediately and went above and beyond to help us. We have had Appstle integrated with our website for awhile now. It has been great to manage our monthly subscriptions. I really appreciate their easy costumer service. Kevin helped me make some custom code changes so that our subscriptions would appear perfect on the site. Being a non technical founder, this kind of support is very appreciated!
