I have asked the team at Appstle a lot of questions and they have answered everything to my satisfaction. When I can't determine why things aren't functioning properly, I include screenshots and detailed messages about what's happening and what I would like to happen. They always solve my problem. Even when the functionality I wanted was not the typical use case for their app, they took the time to listen to me and understand my end goal and they came up with a solution that does what I need. They are very patient and kind and curteous.

I worked with a very helpful gentleman who stayed with me the entire afternoon until we worked out the problem. Offering a subscription to your products on Shopify is the best way to accumulate wealth, as repeat orders are the way to go. Using this app has been easy and the chat function guys are very helpful and hands on, there's none of this, "I'll pass it up to the developers" they just fix stuff or help you out.
That said, I think subscriptions are not a set it and leave it thing, you need to put some marketing effort and think about your customers or potential customers,

I started using this app for the first time today. I was jumping into an already set-up store. My help rep, Kylie, walked me through everything. Instead of archived how-to videos, she provided on the spot tutorial screen recordings and screenshots of my own Shopify to teach me how to navigate. I highly recommend this app and the team that's behind it is awesome!

While the user inferface is not always easy to use, the customer service team are exceptional and always fix any issues in a timely manner. We have been very happy with this service.
