works great, customer support is helpful, i think this is the only subscription app that offers real time chat staff

Finding a subscription app that can provide 100% of all the features a subscription based reseller is looking for is like looking for a unicorn, but Appstle is pretty close to perfect. Only feature missing is prorated billing for orders filled mid-month so that I can put all my monthly subscriptions on the same billing day the following month. I have yet to find a subscription manager on Shopify to do that but I submitted the suggestion to them and they were willing to submit it to development for consideration. I came over to Appstle from another subscription manager and I have tried several. Appstle has so far been the most customizable and has the best customer service hands down, they are always available and able to answer questions quickly. I'll be staying with Appstle for a long time.
Update to my previous review - Its been about 1 year using Appstle and they continue to impress me. I reached out to see if they could help me customize an informational pop-up for customers who are pausing their subscriptions. This is something I could not find in settings. Within a short period of time I was provided the instructions and screenshots to customize this field.

Appstle has been beyond helpful during the process of setting up our new subscription model. We had tons of questions and all of them were answered quickly and patiently. I can't imagine better customer service. I've been in touch with other subscription app developers and tried several apps. Appstle is the best one out there.

Had a great experience with Nancy.I accidentally changed a subscription line and couldnt work out how to rectify it. After trying myself for quite a while I used the help Icon. Nancy answered immediately and got me back on track and fixed all of my issues. Wont hesitate to use them again.

This is the best subscription app out there, and the customer success engineers do a great job helping out whenever we are facing some issues with the app, the app is full of features, its the one app that you need if you have a subscription business.

Had very difficult questions to solve a couple of issues I had - Brandon from the customer services was really dedicated and help me the best way possible, even gave me multiple alternatives to solve my problems.

The app has been great and really adaptable in ways we've used it. We haven't been able to do it all ourselves, but the team (Ash - specifically) has been very responsive and have provided instant and invaluable help every time we've asked for it.

A little tricky to set up but it seems like it will do exactly what I need. Customer service was very helpful.
