I could not get the correct calculations for my subscription, and with ease, their customer service was able to help me. Ahmed was patient and quick to respond to all of my questions. I will be upgrading to their paid plans because of the type of customer service they deliver. The reviews from everyone are very accurate.

The app is very user-friendly. I had questions on multiple items and I was able to chat with a customer service rep right away. The rep was very helpful and even created a zoom video tutorial to show me where to go to update the function I wanted to get updated. I recommend this app for subscription service.
