I am just in the process of setting up the subscription options on my site and was unsure about a few things - the customer service chat was very helpful in answering my questions and confirming details about shipping options, billing and order automation on the Shopify side. I am excited to see how customers respond to this new purchasing option!

I'm using this app to setup subscription options for my beard care products. I am pretty impressed so far and I've used several other subscription apps. They did a good job with the UI and provide lots of help docs, plus their customer support is pretty dynamite, it's midnight right now and they're helping me debug my theme and finish my setup on a Friday night. Good luck to you all, I hope you continue to grow your development team!

The only reason I'm not giving this app 5 stars is because of how "hard" it is for me to use. I'm fairly adept at most things when it comes to general site design, automations and integrations, but someone who knows more than me can easily traverse this application. EVER IF you're not adept at using apps like this, still use it! The customer service is INSANELY responsive and great at showing you where and how to fix things.

I just added and integrated. It was super simple. There were a few things I wanted done to build my subscription platform that I could not do right away, I reached out to their customer service and they quickly responded (less than 5 minutes) and stayed with me until my issues were resolved and my questions were answered. Super excited to continue working with you!!

"Critical Inventory Management Issue - Urgent Support Needed"

We are extremely disappointed with the ongoing issue in this app. Orders are being displayed as processed from the wrong location A, while inventory is deducted from another location B.

This error has caused significant inventory mismatches, and we are now forced to spend considerable time backtracking to identify and resolve the discrepancies. This problem has severely disrupted our business operations.

Despite contacting support, we have not received a satisfactory or timely resolution. This is unacceptable for a service we rely on to manage our business.

We urge you to address this issue immediately and provide a fix without further delay. Please treat this as a top priority.

Customer service chat is very responsive and helpful. They were able to help me with several questions including coloration changes and settings updates.

Incredibly impressed by the customer support. Each time I've needed help I've had it within 2 minutes on the live chat. Each time the operator has taken over my account and fixed my problem. I'm a new customer to Appstle but it gives me huge confidence that I know that support is so easily and quickly accessible.

Not sure if I can make this app work for my digital products, BUT the support is IMPECCABLE. The agent personally walked me through how to set things up and even did it for me. The design is also very clean and not buggy at all. Thank you!
