The support level is excellent, team went the extra mile by recording a video to show me the steps.

The app feature is very comprehensive, and even though I would prefer something extra for meal plan orders, it does the job. Many other cool features will also help with cross-selling and process automation. Overall it's a great and comprehensive app that needs to be tried to realise its capability.

I have bugged the heck out of this team with my stupid questions and inability to comprehend the simplest of instructions. Though, this small team behind this app have been responsive, helpful and overly nice throughout all of it. They have fixed every issue I have inquired about in a timely manner. I got a technical issues responded to and fixed within a few minutes. Then I had a few other questions and the customer support responded promptly. The whole interchange was pleasant and I got my issues resolved. For someone who's not a techie, I'm immediately sold on Appstle.

I reached out to this company, and given the fact that this requires a little skills and knowledge i told them that i am bad with those things, and Jackson without hesitation offered to help me and he has installed everything for me, helped me and assisted me more than i have ever experienced with any other company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
