Amazing customer support, available 24/7 and never waited longer than 1 minute to get a reply any time of the day. Their team was able to help us fully customize our widget for our branding/website design and we love how it turned out. The app is also very user-friendly both to the customer and on the backend for managing the customer subscriptions.

App functions well, easy to set-up. After getting it set-up easily by myself, I had an issue after a theme change but support was quick to get it fixed.

The customer service has been extremely helpful. Makes setting things up much less of a chore.

Appstle does deliver pretty decent and robust control of subscription accounts to customers. The support is great and any issue is handled pretty darn fast which I REALLY appreciate - so 5 stars on customer service.

My only constructive criticism would be that the admin side of Appstle is not accessible on mobile screens. As the customer service person working remote I am not always at a desktop and having access via phone would be a plus. It's not a deal breaker by any means. Good job to Appstle team!

Easy to use and set up subscription service. Customer support was super quick and they fixed my issue within 10 mins. They then also helped change my widget to suit the theme, making the integration seemless.

My subscription was directing to my One Time Purchase price in the cart and checkout. I was unable to resolve this issue. Brooks was incredibly helpful and attentive and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes! Great app and even better customer service. 5*!

Absolutely the BEST. I am new to shopify, but the autoship feature is extremely important as we have migrated from another platform to shopify. Our business's bread and butter is the autoship for our customer's health supplements and detox tea.

My webmaster and I have been able to implement this program beautifully. Tonight, as my webmaster was not available and the question was over my head for our launch tomorrow, their CHAT feature introduced me to Mia who take care of the issue so well! Whew! So grateful. This is an extremely important app and we couldn't be happier.
