The customer service makes the process much easier. Their techs are quick to answer and acquire solutions.

We've just started using Appstle after having problems setting up with some of the other subscription apps. So far we've had a great experience, and Appstle's customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful! We're looking forward to using Appstle for a long time!

The app is clean and attractive, and easy to use once set up. The Appstle team is the best! They are constantly available, and able to address every set-up issue quickly and efficiently. Do schedule yourself time to get the app up & running, especially if you are importing previous subscriptions from another app. It's a process, but well worth the time & attention to detail to preserve your valuable customer relationships (and hard-earned subscriptions!) It's not a plug & play in 5 minutes app; plan on spending some time in the chat box to tweak it to your satisfaction. It's absolutely worth it, and not at all painful. The team is so helpful and patient, and always there when you need them.

We had been looking for a way to provide the option for subscriptions to our customers. This app has been pretty amazing. For me, the real selling point (and what makes the difference between an "ok" app and a stellar one) is the customer service! Many times I have needed to fix something, change a setting, help a customer and was unsure how. I reach out to their support and they are able to guide me through it.

I am a tech wizard. Sometimes I choose to do things the hard way and not read instructions. I ran into a few minor issues. The group is great they helped me through everything and on top of that explained what I didn't read. The app integrates very smoothly and looks great on the website. I would recommend this group to anyone who asks.
